Fixes

• Fixed an error that occurred when creating a support ticket via the Formcycle UI.
• Fixed an issue where servlet action plugins failed to execute, causing plugins such as the CAPTCHA plugin to stop working properly.
• The email workflow action now again supports comma-separated email addresses in placeholders.
• Fixed an issue with sending email in forms that use the old V6 workflow. Even when no encryption was selected, emails were encrypted with S/MIME.
