Minor changes

• Increase key length to 4096 bits when generating a new certificate for the SAML login service.
• Deprecate the URL parameter xfc-rp-usecss that can be used when opening a form. Also remove the UI configuration for the parameter.
  • The parameter's name suggests that all CSS files are disabled when set to false. However, that was never the case, the parameter only ever affected a few theme CSS files that were always provided by formcycle. Starting with the new form theme feature (version 8.3), default CSS theme files can be disabled by not inheriting from a built-in theme.  
  • Additionally, formcycle now provides a new built-in theme unstyled theme, which does not contain any CSS. You can use this theme e.g. to disable the default theme when opening a form, by using the URL parameter xfc-rp-theme.

Web form

• All files from the selected form theme are now included in the form, including inherited files from parent form themes.
• Small accessibility adjustments regarding help texts and the announcement of the current page when switching to a different page.

Workflow

• Fix for-each loop over repeated form fields when a form element is marked as repeated manually via the function $.fn.dynamic.

Backend

• Always use localized texts if available when creating a Word or PDF export in the form designer.
• Improve performance when saving a form in the form designer. Saving could take a long time when the script and CSS tab had been opened previously.
• Fix sorting form records by their workflow state in the inbox.
• Fix issues when migrating the database encryption to a different password.
