Fix issue regarding the migration of encrypted datasets when the encryption key was changed.
Fix error during form submission when the form had the "duplicate submission" feature enabled. The error occurred when a custom HTML template was selected as the response page and a form record with the identifier existed already.
Fix occasional frontend server connection error when using TLS.
