Workflow actions of type Delete attachment let you delete one or more attachments (files) from a form record.

Select the attachments you wish to delete.

You can choose attachments from various sources:

1. search via file name and type
2. upload elements
3. previously executed actions.

You can search for existing attachment by file name and type. The type of an attachment indicates how the attachment was created: via an upload element in the form, via a workflow action or manually by a user in the inbox. The file name lets you use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard.

Action variables

This action provides access to a list of attachments that were actually deleted. Use placeholder variables to access this data. See the info panel in the workflow designer for more details on the available placeholders. To open the info panel, click on the info icon to the top right of a workflow action.
