With form groups, forms can be grouped together in the form overview. All edits of the groups must be confirmed by Saving.

Creating a group

To create a new group, the name must be entered directly in the form group. The new group is created and the form is added. Empty forms are created by default in the form group "Ungrouped" if a group already exists. The existing groups are sorted alphabetically in the form overview.

With the "Remove grouping" option, the form can be removed from the current group. It is reassigned to the standard group "Ungrouped" again. As soon as a group is empty and there are no more forms in it, the group will be deleted. A group must always contain at least one form.

Editing a group

To move a form to another group, the new group must be selected in the group overview. The search bar allows you to search for a specific group.

The renaming of a group is done typing in the name of the group in the form overview. The arrow icon can also be used to expand or collapse the form groups for a better overview.

Importing and Exporting a group

When exporting a form, the form group in which the form is currently added is also exported. If the exported group does not exist when the form is imported, the group is created and the form is added. When importing a form it is also possible to create a new group or add the form to an existing group.
