The error message ‘Form not found’ can occur when the placeholder FORM_PROCESS_LINK is called up. This is the link to a submitted or completed form. This link is protected by default and denies access to the data.
The same also applies when saving a form if a status is set directly or the form has already been submitted once, as the data is also stored on the server in this case, but in a locked state.
If an external call should be allowed (i.e. not in the mailbox), this must be explicitly set in the workflow under Form login for external request. In addition, it is possible to activate authentication methods. This setting has to be made for each status used.
