The warning appears in the designer when the ’Dynamic Catalogue: Form Elements’ plugin has not been installed correctly.

You need the files “catalogue.json” and “form4676.json” to provide the element templates for the Dynamic Catalogue: Form Elements plugin. These files must be saved as client files, and the filename “catalogue.json” must match the value of the plugin property “name”.
